God just keeps on blessing us every day here in Dundalk.
Today was another beautiful day, sunny and in the low 80's.
During our camps today, we really focused on sharing the Gospel with as many campers as we could. I am so excited to tell you we had 5 first time decisions for Christ today!!!
So many people are needing the Good News of Jesus, and words do not begin to describe what a priviledge it is to be used of God. Many boys and girls from last year are at our camps, and it is a joy to see the ones who accepted Christ last year, still have the desire to know more about Him.
Continue to pray for us, especially tomorrow night at the Upwards award and parents night.
Alot of fun will be had, but more importantly, Pastor Chris will be sharing the Gospel not only to boys and girls, but to moms and dads, and to whole families. Pray for the moving of the Holy Spirit as Pastor Chris shares.
On a lighter note, something happened tonight back at the hotel that was really exciting.
Now many of us have been on numerous mission trips in the past, but what happened tonight has never happened on any trip we've been on. It seems that 4 of our high school boys (Broderick Blanton, Matt Parks, Cameron Wade, and Will Edwards) got stuck on the elevator when the inner door jammed, and they could not get out. The hotel staff could not get the door open because the inner door had come off the track. The hotel staff even called the head maintainence guy at the hotel, and he could not get the door open, They also called the maker of the elevator company to see if they could help, and they could not get them out. That onlyleft one more group to free the guys. You guessed it, the Fire Department of Greater Baltimore!
What a site it was. The fire dept in all of their garb coming to the lobby of our hotel to free our guys. Luckily, Pastor Mark being the media guy he is, grabbed the video camera and caught it all on tape! The fire dept had to go the second floor and open the elevator doors and have them cli,b out using a ladder. All 4 guys are fine, and Pastor Mark got some great footage that features Elise Edwards as our action reporter on the scene. Be looking for the footage in the near future.
Mabe even on you tube.
Well that's enough excitement for today, I know God has even bigger things in store for us tomorrow!!!
Blessings to you all,
Andover Mission Team
P.S.
Cameron said it was the best 4 foot by 6 foot dance party ever!!!!

Day 3 at Upward Camp
Sorry we didn't post yesterday, things were extremely busy, but extremely glorious.
God is so good. We have had perfect weather (sunny and in the 80's each day), and the folks
@FBCD have been more than gracious to us. Their love for people really shows in how they minister to ALL people who need them. Yesterday, someone came to the church while we were setting things up for the BYBC and sports camp and he was hungry. Without hesitation they took him to their fellowship hall and fed him. Please continue to pray for us here. The devil will and is
doing all he can to derail what God has called us to do here in Dundalk.
Please pray for protection both for us and our families that are at home.
The basketball and cheerleading camp is going strong, and God is working in ALL of our lives.
Tonight during our devotion time at the hotel, and we named names of the people God has laid on our hearts for us to talk to about the Lord. Please be in prayer for us as we come to the Divine
appointments He has made for us. Please pray for courage and the sensitivity to the Holy Spirit
as we minister here.
God is so good. He continues to pour out His blessings on us every day. We will update you tomorrow evening and let you know how God has used us.
Once again, we want to thank you for your prayers and loving support as we tell the greater Baltimore area about Him.
Continue to pray for the camps that we can continue to be effective as we get new boys and girls daily.
Blessings

Morning Camp Monday
Hello everyone, we just returned to the hotel from the morning camps here in Baltimore. We are holding UPWARD Basketball and Cheerleading camps in the morning and had 55 kids between the two camps today. That is very exciting! Pray for us as we minister to those kids athletically and spiritually. Also be praying for us as we minister to these same kids in a Back Yard Bible Club and a Teen Sports Camp tonight. Thank you and hope everything is going well!

Greetings from Dundalk
Greetings from Dundalk Md.
What a great time we had traveling to Dundalk yesterday. We made it to the hotel about 5pm, and had time to relax before dinner and firworks. We went to the only firework show in eastern
Baltimore county last night, and boy was it crowded. We were met by some of our brothers and sisters from First Baptist Dundalk, and they showed us the ropes on how watching fireworks in Maryland is done. We were sooo close to the fireworks, that if the wind was blowing the right way, we could have felt the ashes from the fireworks!
After weaving through the city to avoid traffic ( I'm so thankful for guides who know their way around) we headed back to the hotel to get prepared for what God had in store for us on Sunday.
What an awesome Lord's day He provided us. Pastor Josh spoke on the Love of God, and how we are here to share it with the people of Dundalk.
After worship, a group (Russel, Josh, Jeffery Honchell) stayed behind to make sure the stuff for the block party was Ok, more about that later, and a group went to the Inner Harbour in Baltimore. It is a "touristy" kind of place with restaurants and things to do.
Everyone arrived back at FBCD (First Baptist Church Dundalk) to set up for the block party.
Block party. WOW what an awesome event. We had food, music, and 3 inflatables. A 35 foot rock climbing wall, a 25 foot slide and a velcro wall for jumping and getting stuck to that wall.
We also had sumo wrestling inflatable suits.
There was an EXTREMELY GREAT turn out for the block party. The property was full all night long.FBCD prayed for a great turnout, and as He always does, God provided excedingly greater things than we could imagine.
We got a great start to the week, and I can't wait to see how God is going to use us this week.
Continue to pray for us, and also FBCD. Pastor Chris told us they have grown 10 to 15% since last year. Pray for the Upward camps, the BYBC, and the teen sports camps this week.
Thank you church family for your loving support, both financially and spiritually. Even though
you are not here physically with us, you most certainly are our partners in ministry this week
May God bless as you continue to pray for us.
